WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All Product sales are Final. No refund will be issued once products order has been placed.
Virtual Courses and/or Trainings must be canceled 1 week prior to scheduled date and will accessed a 20% cancellation fee.
Dispatch Services cancellation requires a 1 week advance notice in writing of cancellation (via email) or buyer will forfeit $200 deposit.
