With our Dispatching Services, we provide dispatch services for owner-operators and small trucking companies. We will find the best freight load possible with the highest prices and focus on keeping you on the road on a weekly basis. We know that driving isn't easy and that is why we negotiate the highest rates on your behalf so that you get your money's worth for traveling all those miles. We handle all truck paperwork and communicate with shippers and/or brokers on your behalf so that you can stay focused on expanding your business.

With our Freight Brokering Service we facilitate the movement of shippers' freight by finding carriers who are qualified to haul their loads. We take the responsibility of keeping the line of communication open with our carriers in order to update the status of the shipper’s load in a timely manner.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Payment Terms: An order is not binding upon G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC until it is accepted; G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, Paypal, or some other method prearranged with G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All Product sales are Final. No refund will be issued once products order has been placed.
Virtual Courses and/or Trainings must be canceled 1 week prior to scheduled date and will accessed a 20% cancellation fee.
Dispatch Services cancellation requires a 1 week advance notice in writing of cancellation (via email) or buyer will forfeit $200 deposit.
WHAT ARE YOUR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY?
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT G&T TRUCKING SOLUTIONS, LLC IS APPRAISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
